Upon arrival, check in was excellent. The way the property was laid out was fully explained and we got lucky with an early check in. The room was set up and ready for us however we only had one set of towels and one wash cloth. I had to send several requests to the front door via email and in person for new towels and wash cloths. We ended up using the pool and beach towels until the next day when we were given clean towels but we never received wash cloths which is a necessity for a bathroom. Our room had a small desk and one chair, which was problematic because there was two of us in the room. It took us a day to figure out how to work the television and the WIFI was spotty at times. The bathrooms were spacious and the shower was amazing. On an another note, the restaurants on the property are great, the food is good and so are the drinks! The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool areas are nicely maintained which adds to the atmosphere! The beach is literally a couple of blocks away and the hotel provides towels and loungers for an additional charge. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a short get away, and if you are looking for a quiet place to unwind.

This hotel & beach club was a great pic. It is on Collins Ave and at a perfect location. When we first walked in I was greeted by Santiago the host behind the desk. He was great he gave suggestions on where to go for lunch and breakfast, he was welcoming and warm, and he even provided us with an incentive regarding our stay. He was clear about how the location works (seeing as though they have three towers with restaurants and pools connected). Santiago did a great job!!! The doorman and the security were also perfect during this stay. On the other hand the hotel was clean and smelled great. It also had two places to eat connected to it which was a plus. We did not leave the block we were on for a few days and that made for a great stay, but we were provided all we needed. Catalina I will be back for another stay with you guys. 10/10 would recommend.

No complaints. It’s a small older boutique style hotel which consists of three separate buildings. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were nice and friendly. I received a welcome drink on arrival. The rooms were decent. Nice roof top pool. The location was great only a two minute walk to the beach. Loved that they had happy hour. There is also a few food options on site with patio seating so you definitely don’t need to go far.
